They often set a mailed survey aside (even with a stamped envelope) and forget to return Duplicate submissions are eliminated by sending coded secure links to the survey Reports can be seen immediately with bar graphs, numbers (raw and percentage) and the data can be sorted. Reports can also be sent to others, and they can slice and dice as well.
